Stage 4

A demanding day of about 8 hours as you push toward Milishevc across open high ground. This is one of the longer, more exposed stages on the route - weather can change fast, so pack layers even in summer.

Milishevc is a small stop in Kosovo's mountains. Book beds early in peak season; options are limited and hikers arrive with tired legs.
