Located right next to the trail. Rooms are simple with AC, private bathrooms and a balcony with mountain views. Mornings start with buffet-style breakfast to really fill you up for the day. If you are cooking yourself there is also a shared kitchen and garden with BBQ to use. Hosts know hikers well and pack lunches on request. We enjoyed cold beers after a long day on the trail with fellow hikers in the garden. That spontaneous chill‑out vibe made it feel like trail magic.

The guesthouse can host up to 30 guests in four shared rooms with bunk beds and has a shared restroom and hot showers. Meals are served in a 50-seat dining area, with both indoor and veranda seating. Expect amazing traditional dishes, including dairy products from the family’s own farm. There is also a small private museum open to guests.

This guest house is a true gem. Created by an artist it is truly unique and mixes traditional Balkan architecture with a Japanese-like beautiful minimalism. A bit to the more fancy side with hot tubs, TV and modern facilities.
